Tentative Schedule for Saturday, February 25th: TIMES ARE TENTATIVE

6:30am            Get to First Avenue with hair done (slicked back, bun/ponytail). Make up will be applied by an adult. You will stretch and practice.

8:00am           We meet load the busses.

8:15am           Depart First Ave
8:40am           Arrive at parade site-change/warm up/etc.
10:00am         Parade Begins (we compete somewhere around 10:30-10:40)
11:30am         End of parade. Change clothes/eat lunch
12:30pm         Awards in the city park (Across from Carl's Jr)
1:30pm           Leave Temple City
2:00pm           Arrive at FA-PARENTS MUST BE THERE TO PICK UP THEIR CHILD

Eye shadows, blush, lipstick, and eyeliner have been purchased from Ulta. If you choose to use the group makeup, just know that it is being shared. If you would like to purchase your own, here are the colors:

Drill: Tights: Must be LEGG’S brand Sheer Panty in Suntan. NO control top! You can get these from CVS or Pavilions or probably any other similar markets.

Flags: Low-cut plain white (clean!) socks

Other Reminders:

Please get a lot of sleep on Friday night, as parades require you to look wide awake and perky! You may not wear any nail polish or jewelry during the parade. Also, please make sure that you keep your parade shoes CLEAN by only wearing them for parades. Do not come to school in your parade uniform, we will change on the bus when we get there. Wear your sweats, a zip up sweatshirt, and a t-shirt you can easily take off (so you don’t mess up your hair when you take it off!).
